Shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 1-7 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance). All orders received after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Our fulfillment days are Monday to Friday. Orders place on the weekends are put into the order que at the start of thew next wee. Occasionally it may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances however we always do our best to make it up to our customers if something arises. Please let us know if you have any concerns and we are always happy to help.

For Pre-sale items we ask that you allow up to 3 weeks for production and shipping. ALL FOOTWEAR, HEADWEAR AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We use tracking to ensure that our customers are able to follow the status of their deliveries as well as ensuring it arrives safely.

We provide Free Shipping in Canada for all orders over $100 CDN as well for our customers in the US we allow free shipping for orders over $200 CND.

NOTE: We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS/Canada Post after they leave our warehouse.
